From the outset, Mauricio created a detailed project plan and timeline, identifying milestones and key dependencies across design, procurement, permitting, construction, and occupancy. He led cross-functional coordination between the architectural and engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and our internal staff. Mauricio regularly provided clear updates to stakeholders and escalated issues promptly to keep everything on track, while also keeping the multi-million-dollar project within budget.
During construction, Mauricio maintained budget consciousness while ensuring quality design intent was executed. He conducted thorough inspections, managed change orders efficiently, and oversaw punch list completion. His oversight of finishes, lighting, A/V systems, and furniture installation resulted in a polished, state-of-the-art studio space that exceeded the expectations of TEAGUE’s management and the design teams.
